Object: professional competence of future teachers of mathematics in the conditions of the higher educational establishment; aim is to ground theoretically, to develop and experimentally check up efficiency of model of forming of professional competence of future teachers of mathematics on the principles of acmeologic approach; methods: analysis of scientific pedagogical, psychological and methodical literature, thesis, systematization and generalizations of pedagogical experience and documents; a modeling; a pedagogical supervision, questionnaire, pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics which are used with the purpose of the statistical working of results; novelty: the model of forming of professional competence of future teachers of mathematics on principles of acmeologic approach is theoretically grounded, developed and experimentally tested, it consists of aim, contents and procedural, diagnostic blocks which function due to a row of organizationally pedagogical terms: modernization of educational process in relation to forming of acmeologic orientation of future teachers of mathematics during professional training in higher pedagogical institutes; intensification of educational process by facilities of acmeologic influence in the context of activation of internal potential of students; organization of quasi-professional activity in the process of professional training of future teachers of mathematics; it is defined and given concrete expression to the structure of professional competence of future teachers of mathematics which consists of motivational and valued, cognitive, operational and active, personal and reflexive components, which are characterized by selected principles of acmeologic approach criteria, indexes and levels of forming, the difference of which is a presence of: educational motivation, valued relation to future professional activity, aspiring to self-perfection; knowledge and practical abilities of mathematical and methodical disciplines; mathematical, pedagogical, communicative, organizational and creative abilities; capacities for self-knowledge and actualization; it is defined the concept "professional competence of future teacher of mathematics", which is an ability of graduating student to answer received during studies in higher pedagogical institute personal and professional, subject and methodical competencies for the successful teaching of mathematics at secondary school on the basis of permanent self-perfection of own personal and professional potential; it is perfected: practical training of future teachers of mathematics on principles of acmeologic approach, that allows to promote efficiency of forming of professional competence of future teachers of mathematics in pedagogical institutes of higher education due to organization of educational process as conscious, stage-by-stage mastering of professional competences due to self-perfection; got subsequent development: idea of competence and acmeological approaches in forming of professional competence of future teachers of mathematics after directions of mathematical, methodical and personal and professional training during the study of professional disciplines and educational activities in out-of-school hours.
