Essay

The object is a professional training of future teachers of humanities. The aim is to substantiate theoretically and test experimentally pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of future teachers of humanities to the prevention and resolution of conflicts in educational work with students. Methods are theoretical, empirical, statistical. Novelty - pedagogical conditions and the model of formation of readiness of future teachers of humanities to the prevention and resolution of conflicts in educational work with students have been scientifically grounded. The essence of the phenomenon of "readiness of future teachers of humanities for conflict prevention and resolution"; its component structure, criteria and indicators have been defined. Methods of preparation of future teachers of humanities to the prevention and resolution of conflicts in educational work with students have been further developed. Results - diagnostic and experimental methods of forming of readiness of future teachers to prevent and resolve conflicts have been developed. The effectiveness of the implementation is high. Branch - pedagogical, institutions of higher education.
