Essay

The object is a professional and pedagogical training of future kindergarten teachers in institution of higher pedagogical education. The aim is to prove scientifically and test experimentally pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of future kindergarten teachers to work with belles-lettres in preschool institution. Methods are theoretical, empirical, statistical. Novelty - pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of future kindergarten teachers to work with belles-lettres in preschool institution have been defined and scientifically proved. The essence and the structure of the phenomenon of "readiness of future kindergarten teachers to work with belles-lettres in preschool institution" have been disclosed; the criteria of readiness of the future kindergarten teachers to work with belles-lettres with the relevant indicators have been defined. The theory and methodology of professional and pedagogical training of future kindergarten teachers to the artistic and speech activity in kindergarten have been further developed. Results - diagnostic and experimental methods of forming of readiness of future kindergarten teachers to work with belles-lettres in preschool institutions have been developed. The effectiveness of implementation is high. Branch - pedagogical, institutions of higher education.
