Essay

The Thesis is the first research of poetical translation process in the dialogic prospective of culturological science. The emphasis is made on the semiotic approach to dialog as interpenetration of cultural senses. The role of Phenomenology and Hermeneutics has been analyzed providing that these fields define mechanisms of poetic translations creation in the target culture. The Emphasis is made on common features and differences between these two fields of culturology which are also an alternative for philology and translation science concerning approach and evaluation of translations created. Translation as an act of interrelation between the Author (the Other) and the Reader (the Interpreter of the Other) has been analyzed. Two way connection of this act is performed via hermeneutic procedure of understanding and transformation of semantic field of the text. More firm positions of transformational translation have been determined (as compared with the immanent one). Culturological formula of lyric poetry transformational translation has been defined (on the example of Ukrainian translations of W. Shakespeare's sonnets). This formula presupposes intercultural dialog between Me and the Other while looking for common (the Third) in conditions of epochal leveling towards the up-to-date period (the Forth).
