Essay

Reveals the scope, conditions and characteristics of emigration wave. Analyzes historical conditions of work, out of motives evolution, the role of regional leaders and international organizations to implement emigration to Israel. Characterized the actions of the Soviet party leadership Chernivtsi region and the press in the study period, their struggle for slowdown of emigration from the land. It was found that the emigration of Jews to Israel, including from Bukovina, in the second half of the twentieth century has become a unique social experiment of nation and state building in a world history.
