The thesis is devoted to checking the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of formation of future social workers' professional mobility. In this work, the theoretical analysis of philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical approaches to the formation of professional mobility, and their interpretation of the author; the features of formation of future social workers' professional mobility in the conditions of higher education, the essence, the structural components of future social workers' professional mobility. In the research the author determined the components, criteria and levels, indicators of formation of future social workers' professional mobility. Theoretically pedagogical conditions are substantiated that influence on the formation of social workers' professional mobility during their training in higher education. A model of future social workers' professional mobility is developed. levels of performance of future social workers' professional mobility of control and experimental groups are analyzed before and after the experimental work.
