Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of principles of multicultural organization of educational process at the universities of Great Britain. Theoretical generalization is carried out and a new approach for solving an important and topical task is grounded. It consists in an exposure and opening of organizational-pedagogical principles of multicultural education development in higher educational establishments of Great Britain, finding out the ways of British universities positive experience usage in realization of multicultural education in high school of Ukraine. Historical pre-conditions are specified and the periods of multicultural education development in Great Britain are determined in accordance with its normative-legislative base; on the basis of analysis of multicultural education on-line tutorials in selected British universities organizational-pedagogical principles of multicultural education development are described. The peculiarities of multicultural curricula of higher educational establishments of Great Britain are distinguished as an encouraging environment for professional students' preparation and possibilities of British research and practice experience usage in the introduction of students' multicultural education are outlined in the Ukraine's system of higher education.
