The dissertation shows the changes in the basis of representative circle of the published and archived sources, considerable array of literature everyday life of rural working young people during 1990-2000-th on. The socio-economic, social and political factors of forming of environment of everyday life are investigated in it. These changes are considered in going of the independent state, public institutes to the social problems of young people. Influence of public factors is studied on it social prosperity. A place and a role are described in forming of terms of daily occurence of rural vital space.
