Essay

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental investigation of the pedagogical conditions and an introduction of a professional competence model of marketing specialists in higher education institutions. The definition of "professional competence of marketing specialists" is specified. The specificity and the structure of professional competence of marketing specialists in higher education institutions (which includes substantive, practical, information and communication, socio-psychological, personal components and reflects the specifics of professional marketer) are revealed here as well.
