Tereshchenko L. The Scientific ground of state regulation principles of the prescription and non-prescription medicine vacation.

Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of state regulation of prescription and non-prescription medicines. It has been analyzed historical aspects of the regulation of prescription medicines, norms pharmaceutical legislation to regulate their release, as well as the current state of the problem of prescription and OTC drug trafficking in Ukraine; generalized principles of prescription and non-prescription medicines in the world, EU and CIS; the main approaches to the practice of writing out the prescriptions for INN and generic drugs interchange; scientifically processed experience with the introduction of new technologies of electronic recipes in the world practice; the social and economic regulatory lists drugs in Ukraine; the estimation of efficiency criteria dispensing prescription drugs; carried out a survey of medical and pharmaceutical workers' problems medical appointments, writing prescriptions and prescription medicine from pharmacies; the main trends in dispensing of the prescription drugs without a prescription and it has been proposed the model depends on the im-plementation of prescription drugs determinants influence; the method of calculation of transferring outpatient visits and hospital days in the outpatient and inpatient pre-scription. It has been obtained the results of scientific and methodological basis for improvement of principles of state regulation of prescription and non-prescription medicines in Ukraine in complex.
