Karlo V. Social and economic approaches to optimization of medicinal maintenance of patients with psoriasis.

For the first time on the basis of the carried-out analysis of the legal, social and economic aspects of providing the pharmaceutical help patients with psoriasis in Ukraine, scientific and methodical approaches to optimization of medicines provision of patients with psoriasis are comprehensive substantiated by development of methodological bases of actions' formation for increase of availability and efficiency of the pharmaceutical help at all levels of delivery of health care. As a result of complex marketing and pharmacoeconomic analysis, a list of recommended drugs for the topical treatment of psoriasis is developed; proposed the use of a developed model of computer program for psoriasis patients account for the purpose of improving the process of continuous medical and pharmaceutical care; developed and justified level model of optimization of medicinal maintenance of patients with psoriasis.
