Dissertation is devoted to development of the composition and technology of soft medicinal form with 3-(4,5- dihydrothiazole-2-yl) amide cis-1,2,2-threemetilcyclopentane-1,3-dicarboxylic acid (katiazyn) for for correcting violations spermatogenic function in men. Based on a set of physico-chemical, microbiological and biopharmaceutical research, as well as methods of mathematical experiment planning, the optimal composition and technology and standardization methods of ointment emulsion type oil/water were developed. The stability and storage conditions ointment were determined. The preclinical studies of 0.5 % ointment of katiazyn were conducted. The specific activity and harmlessness of the soft medicinal form with katiazyn were proved.
