The thesis is devoted to developing models and methods Conveyor project management in construction companies. In the proposed approach formulated terminology base by introducing new definitions that characterize the project pipeline. The method of calculating the parameters of the project pipeline and the method of initiating new projects. The system of management of portfolios of projects conveyor construction companies, including organizational, methodological and technological components. Work creates the basis for improving the efficiency and quality of construction holding company. Scientific provision, conclusions, suggestions and recommendations of the thesis used for the practical organization of the project portfolio management. Introduced in OJSC "Cherkasyvodproekt" inter-farm association "Oblahroprombud" and used in the educational process in Cherkasy State Technological University.
