Essay

The essence of the main definitions of the research has been revealed. Pedagogical heritage of humanitarianism of the XVIII century, as an important source of theory and practice of spiritual and moral education of pupils in reformative pedagogics of Germany, has been characterized. The main approaches to the study of spiritual and moral education of pupils have been found out. Determinant ideas and the ways of realization of spiritual and moral education of pupils in the educational conceptions of the pedagogues-reformers of Germany in the period under research have been grounded. The ways of creative usage of the elements of German experience of spiritual and moral education of pupils in Ukraine have been revealed.
