Essay

The theoretical analysis of possibility of the hexagonal cells formation in warp fillet knitted fabric was conducted. The basic requirements of their creation were formulated. It was proven, that a hexagonal form depends on the construction of single loops, their combination and mutual position in the knitted fabric. The geometrical models of six types of loops, which form the hexagonal cell, were developed with taking into account absence of connections between loops in courses. Theoretical formulas of various types loop's lengths were determined. Analytical dependences of structure's parameters of the knitted fabric on the number of tricot loops and chain loops in the repeat of the filet knitted fabric were set.
