Popova G. Formation of the Culture of Managing the Personnel in the Process of Future Managers’ Professional Training.

Оbject: the process of professional training of the future managers; purpose: to substantiate theoretically and to check up experimentally the pedagogical conditions of forming the culture of managing the personnel in the process of professional training of future managers; methods: analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, contact analysis, comparison, analogy, confrontation, opinion polling, conversation, observation, testing, expert evaluation, pedagogical monitoring, pedagogical experiment, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the empiric data based on the methods of mathematical statistics; novelty; pedagogical conditions providing for the effective formation of the culture of managing the personnel of the future managers in the process of their professional training were defined and theoretically substantiated for the first time; the essence, structure and functions of the notion „culture of managing the personnel” in the process of the professional training of future managers was substantiated; the criteria-level diagnostic base of the culture of management for the future managers was formed; scientific ideas concerning the essence of the professional culture of a manager were further developed as well as the content of the professional training of students in accordance with the direction of their training in the field of „Management”; forms, methods and means of training the managers in the education-upbringing process at the Higher Educational Establishment were improved; the results of investigation may be used in the process of professional training of future managers of different directions in the education-upbringing process at the Higher Educational Establishments that carry out the preparation of specialists of the managerial profile regardless of their accreditation level and in the self-educational activities of students ? future managers, too; field: theory and methodology of professional education.
