Essay

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental investigation of the problem of the future foreign languages teachers training for the innovative technologies usage in professional activities. The theoretical basis and genesis of the studied problems are described, the innovative technologies used in school practice are examined. The essence of the concept "the training of future foreign languages teachers for the usage of innovative technologies" is defined as a dynamic process of innovational focus, special technical knowledge and skills that ensure the formation of the students' professional readiness to innovative technologies usage in professional activities, give them an opportunity to organize their own innovational activity and improve it. The components (motivational target (goal), content and organizational (content and organization), control and assessment (monitoring and valuation)), criteria and indicators of the studied phenomenon are singled out and characterized. Such criteria and indicators are personal readiness (indicator: positive motivation for the usage of innovative technologies in teaching activities), professional readiness (indicators: the availability of knowledge in the innovative technologies field, the possibilities of innovative technologies in teaching foreign languages; the formation of a system of skills in using innovative technologies while teaching foreign languages, the foreign language department students' creativity in the innovative technologies application in professional activity), reflective readiness (indicators: the ability to perform the correction, positive self-image). The pedagogical conditions (forming the innovative orientation in teaching innovative technologies for future foreign languages teachers; ensuring the interconnectedness of all areas of future foreign languages teachers training (theoretical, methodological, practical) to the innovative technologies usage in professional activity; providing the skills-oriented nature of the process of studying innovative technologies for the future foreign languages teachers; creating the information and learning environment for theoretical and practical training; involving students into active reflective dialogue) and levels (receptive, reproductive, constructive, productive and innovative competenced) of the future foreign languages teachers readiness for the innovative technologies usage in professional activities are singled out and experimentally proved. The developed, validated and implemented experimental testing of a special course "Application of innovative technologies in teaching foreign languages at school" and technologies those are used in the process of a special course are singled out. The data confirmed the effectiveness of the impact of certain pedagogical conditions and educational complex for future foreign languages teachers training to the innovative technologies usage in professional activities. The model of the future foreign languages teachers training for using innovative technologies in professional activities is developed and experimentally tested, its effectiveness is proved. The content and results of the research are not intended for the final solution. For further scientific research such aspects of problem are relevant: the innovative forms and methods of training future foreign languages teachers to the innovative technologies usage in professional activity; an effective organization of self-study work for future foreign languages teachers in vocational training; a comparison of domestic and foreign models for future foreign languages teachers training to the innovative technologies usage in professional activities.
