Essay

Research work is devoted to the problem of humanitarization of professional education in the countries of Western Europe (Germany, UK, and France). Philosophical, psychological, pedagogical concept of humanization and humanitarization of education have been analyzed and identified. The basic concepts of "humanization", "humanitarization", "humanitarization of professional education" are clarified. The main factors of professional education reforms in Western European countries are identified and characterized, they are: stable dynamics of the economy, changes in the mode of production, the increase in the number of high-tech enterprises, the growth of information, rapid change and the introduction of priority technologies, strengthening of the role and practical importance of scientific research, the development of powerful external Software mental activities. The fundamental trends of humanitarization of professional education in Germany, the UK, France are named: globalization, integration, internationalization, democratization, professionalization. Identified and justified the basic local trends of humanitarization of professional education of the countries studied: the creation of a modern system of professional selection of future professionals; expanding access to higher education; professionalization and regionalization of education; implementation of additional programs and continuing education; diversification of training courses offered by universities, expanding the range of programs; implementation of a multidisciplinary approach; introduction of educational innovation. A larger number of hours is scheduled for the Humanities, volume growth of humanistic-oriented material is marked; selection of the content of educational material in higher education in Germany, Great Britain, France takes place on the basis of fundamentalization, multiculturalism, predictability; through alternative courses, individualization differentiation of education is achieved ; integration of special scientific training in the disciplines of social cycle is noted; attention paid to the effective combination of theoretical and practical training of general scientific and general cultural education. The characteristic of educational technologies in the context of the humanitarization of professional education in the countries of Western Europe is done. The most relevant innovations in teaching process in Germany, the UK, France are information technology, technology of training in small groups, tutoring technology, technology of problem-based learning, personalized learning technology, individualized learning technology, technology of creativity development. Teachers in Germany, UK, France experimented extensively in search of new ways of specialists training , there is a wide range of interactive methods in the humanitarization of the process of preparation of future specialists: brainstorming, small group work, analysis of work situations, role play, presentation, specific game methods - modeling, simulation games, the range of ideas, colloquia, educational workshops, discussion of finding a solution, which provide the interdependent activities of teachers and students to achieve the objectives of the humanitarization of education and have significant educational and developmental potential of providing maximum activity in the training of future professionals process. A special attention is given to the possible ways of creative usage of Western European positive experience, innovative ideas, technologies of humanitarization of professional education in the process of modernization of professional education in Ukraine.
