Object - congenital and acquired obstructive pathology of intestines in infants and young children, which is accompanied by the presence of a non-functioning bowel; aim to improve the results of treatment of young children s malformations and surgical diseases of the intestines through comprehensive prevention insolvency intestinal anastomoses and directional effects on congenital or acquired deficiency nonfunctioning gastrointestinal tract; methods - clinical, biochemical, radiographic, sonographic, histological, histochemical, experimental, biological modeling, logical and statistical analysis; results - new scientific evidence relating to the reduction of the activity of mitochondrial enzymes in the gut wall of a non-functioning bowel in children with intestinal atresia and stomas; for the first time revealed significant metabolic level of free amino acids in the blood of children in the presence of disabled distal portions of the intestine; proposed and implemented ways pathogenetic correction energy disturbances; for the first time experimentally proved the influence createcontrolpanel mesenchymal stem cells on plastic and regenerative properties of the isolated flap of the greater omentum, which is used to strengthen the seam lines of intestinal wounds, due to the effect on the processes of angiogenesis and productive inflammation; branch – medicine.
