Zhidkikh T. Development of educational complexes in the higher education system of Ukraine (the end of the 20th century - the beginning of the 21st century)

The theory of development of educational complexes in the system of the higher education of Ukraine (the end of the 20th century - the beginning of the 21st century) is systemically analysed and practical experience of the examined problem is generalized in the thesis. The periods of development of educational complexes in the system of the higher education of Ukraine of the specified historical period are characterized. The essence and structure of the concept "educational complex" the open pedagogical system are disclosed in the research; theoretical bases of functioning of the educational complex in the system of the higher education of Ukraine (the goal, functional tasks, principles and functions of activity of the educational complex; subjects and objects of educational activity) are defined. On the basis of the analysis of experience of the development of educational complexes in the system of the higher education of Ukraine, the directions of vocational training in the educational complex and ways of improvement of management of the complex are defined. Methodical recommendations about improvement of functioning and development of the educational complex in the system of the higher education of Ukraine are worked out in the thesis.
