Complex analysis of genetic structure of red clover varieties (Trifolium pratense L.) by three types of DNA-markers (RAPD, ISSR, SSR) was conducted. Variety-specific and raw bands of molecular markers were detected which can be use in following population-genetic investigations of red clover. Peculiarities of molecular-genetic RAPD-, ISSR- and SSR-loci polymorphism were described. The largest proportion of SSR-loci variation is concentrated at the within population level (68,5 %). Differentiation of clover varieties has a moderate level (FST = 0,07).
