Akinina G. Differentiation of collection samples of chickpea according to the analysis of morphological traits, ISSR- and SSR-loci

In the thesis work the results of studies of the classification of 118 samples of genetics resources collection of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) based on morphological traits, ISSR- and SSR-loci are represented. Comparative analysis of the diversity of the three marker systems in the collection of samples of chickpea was conducted. It is was snow that with a few methods of multivariate statistics that the greatest level of differentiation between groups of chickpea samples from different countries the cause microsatellite markers. The genetic structure of the collection of samples of chickpea using hierarchical and non-hierarchical cluster analysis algorithms was determined. The particularities of differentiating of groups of samples from a certain country and chickpeas samples from total sample using different types of markers and in complex analysis were negotiated.
