Fedorenko V. The basic constitutional principles of justice in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to generalization, organizing and developing of scientific understanding of the system and mechanism for implementing the basic constitutional principles of justice in Ukraine. In the dissertation the author provides a definition of basic constitutional principles of justice; main characteristics of basic constitutional system of justice on different historical stages of Ukrainian statehood; certain features of the current state and the methodology of scientific research of the basic constitutional principles of justice in Ukraine. Dissertation research made it possible to formulate the concept of basic constitutional principles of justice and propose amendments to legislation that defines a system of basic constitutional principles of justice; to make the classification of the basic constitutional principles of justice in Ukraine; to define the concept of inter-sectoral mechanism for implementing of the basic constitutional principles of justice in Ukraine and to highlight the features of their implementation.
