Makushina H. The political and legal culture of Hetman-state (1709-1780-years).

The dissertation presented deals with the investigation of the political and legal culture of Hetman-State in 1709-1780- years. The work is one of the first attemps the development of political and legal culture of each class of the Ukrainian state. Proved the impact of education on the level of political and legal culture. In dissertation investigated the peculiarities of political and legal culture of representatives of the authorities Hetmanate: General Military Chancellery, General military court, judicial, regimental and company authorities. The researcher drew attention to the peculiarities of the political and legal culture classes Hetman-State: clergy, bourgeois, Cossacks and peasants, especially given the socio-political and social needs of each class. Materials research can be used in the study of the history of Ukraine, political science, history of political and legal doctrines, history, law, culture, history of education, in the practice of teachers of secondary schools, teachers, students, civil servants.
