The dissertation is the first comprehensive study devoted to the study of biography and nonfiction activity Ilya Borschak. Formed the basic methodological principles for determining the scientific and creative personality Ilya Borschak , based on the historical image of the scientist in the scientific and journalistic literature. Studying scientific heritage, Ilya Borschak consider the achievements of world historical thought, which allows specific approach to the analysis of peculiarities of development of Ukraine at the present stage, consistently and deep to uncover the historical achievements of the Ukrainian people.
