The dissertation is devoted to the studies of scientific and pedagogical views of N. F. S. Grundtvig, defining the location and the using of the heritage in Ukrainian academic teaching science and practice. Analyzed on the basis of common scientifical, historical and empirical methods the studying condition of the dissertation topics in foreign and Ukrainian literature and identified areas for further research, revealed the phases of life and activity of N. F. S. Grundtvig and its scientific periodization is given.
