The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of pedagogical conditions gymnasium's teachers to create an emotionally supportive environment in the student team. Labour proved that this training is a focused set of interrelated organizational and substantial measures aimed at enabling teachers to create readiness emotionally supportive environment in a student team. Also concretized the content of teacher preparedness that its structure is a combination of motivational, cognitive, emotional and volitional, reflective and evaluative components.
