Essay

The thesis is devoted to water environment sanitary and indicative microorganisms, separately to bacteria associative action, also to fish immunoreactivity under unfavorable ecological conditions and to using of new generation preventive means for fish immune status improvement. When ponds water pollution is occured a microflora redistribution is observed toward level increasing of E.coli, A.hydrophila and S.aureus that is depicted in water hydrochemical composition deterioration and in decreasing of all fish and biological indices (of fish mass and length , fatness coefficient) too. The last one is an effect of carp protein synthesizing activity reduction and respiration processes inhibition, and hence the decreasing of organism energy supplying. Ponds contamination causes an inhibition of immune reactions too. The immunostimulator "Amicsyn" in a dose of 10 mg/per kg of fish mass during 15-days period is recomended to use for correction of fish homeostasis violation. It improves biosynthetic processes, helps the stimulation of cell and humoral immunity factors and nonspecific factors of carp resistance and leads to increasing of carp productivity which is indicated by fish and biological indices
