Kalinichenko V. The legal status of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to organizing and developing of the theoretical principles of organization and functioning of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, as well as the development of scientific recommendations aimed to improving the efficiency of cassation commercial jurisdiction. This dissertation gives the characteristics of the formation and the development of the cassation commercial jurisdiction in Ukraine, defines the role of the economic court cassation instance in the organization of the judiciary in Ukraine, researches the role of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine in the mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of economic justice. Dissertation research makes it possible to determine the special powers of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine as a judicial body, to analyze the legal status of the Plenum of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine and to define the main features of the realization of the constitutional principle of the judicial system and legal proceedings in the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine. In the thesis the author provided the definition and elements of organizational and legal support of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, the concept of administration granted in the High Commercial Court of Ukraine and identified ways to improve its effectiveness.
