The thesis deals with theoretical generalizations and new research addressing structural peculiarities of the hard tissues of the roots of permanent teeth in combination with the indexes of age dynamics of their density and mineral content on the different stages of formation and development of the teeth. The scientific study uses morphological methods: morphometric, histological, microscopic, biochemical, roentgenological and statistical methods. The practical significance is to establish a clear dependence of the permanent teeth roots density and their mineral content.
