Essay

Researches were directed on creation of a new domestic vaccine bivalent against Marek's illness on the basis of two strains of SBG VGK and FC 126 VGI. The basis of an immunogenicity of a vaccine is created by a strain of FC 126 VGI, and SBG VGK strain, not pathogenic for chickens, considerably strengthens it that provides formation of more intense immunity in an organism imparted. In experiences optimum was a sowing concentration of chicken fibroblast of 300-400 thousand cages/cm3 of a nutrient medium which provided formation of a dense monosphere for 24 h, with use of nutrient cultural medium which consisted of equal volumes of environments the Needle both 199, and 10% of serum of KRS blood. It is established that an optimum dose of a bivalent cultural vaccine against Marek's illness is 1000 FOE/goal. each strain component in the privivny volume of 0,2 cm3. It is established that the vaccine is harmless to chickens and possesses high protective properties. By results of production test of the offered vaccine bivalent cultural in a comparative assessment with a vaccine of production of Kursk biofactory, it is confirmed its harmlessness and high antiepizootic efficiency against Marek's illness.
