A prospective randomized controlled research based on the results of the complex examinations of 175 women has been done. It was found that during recurrent pyelonephritis E. сoli frequency identification in different biological women material (including the association) was decreasing but the percentage of gram-positive flora representatives increased to 79,6%. It was proved that there is connection between E. faecalis existence in urethral canal and in vagina, and the frequency of recurrent pyelonephritis. The laboratory predictors of recurrent pyelonephritis were defined: TFR-? presence in urine >2 pg/ml, % Lactobacillus spp. as part of the vaginal microflora ? 49%, estimated value of the IOS >3, lysozyme concentration in urine >7,79 ng/ml. Natrium nucleinicum usage in recurrent pyelonephritis treatment with a view to mollicutes eradication and to normalization of local immunity and oxidative stress has been proved. The effectiveness of oral lactobacillus (L. rhamnosus GR-1 and L. reuteri RC-1 in the dose ?109CFU/ml) for prevention of recurrent pyelonephritis was proved as well.
