The research is devoted to the study of organizational identity as a relatively stable personality integral formation. The structural-functional model of organizational identity is described semantic significance of its components is revealed. The peculiarities of relationship between the level of personal organizational identity formation and personal characteristics and external factors of organizational environment have been discovered.
