Pasechnyk O. Integrative legal regulation of medicines turnover in the European Union

The thesis is the first complex dissertation research which is devoted to research international legal regulation of medicines turnover. It provides a characteristic of the scheme of a medicines includes turnover, which includes pharmaceutical development of medicine, preclinical and clinical research, medicine registration, post-registration control, production, storage. It is defined that creation and functioning of a uniform domestic market of the European Union serves as a basis of the European integration while due to synergetic effect market integration makes the economic development of the European countries of more dynamic. It is revealed that one of the main integration problems of the European Union is provision within uniform domestic market of the free movement of factors of production of goods and ensuring free competition in the sphere of their creation and sale. At the same time, it is noted that the process of the European integration began to cover gradually and others, and except the economic sphere, the social sphere. Its spectacular example is the integrative legal regulation of medicines turnover for the people of the European Union. The Thesis determines the subject, method, purposes, functions and features of legal regulation of the medicines turnover. It suggests proposals about the medicines turnover in Ukraine in the light of legal adaptation to the European pharmaceutical standards. It also proves that the national level of control shouldn't duplicate the international control, but is must provide its presence at the national level.
