Dissertation is devoted to improving the efficiency of maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure the necessary proper operation of ships in the modern world. For this thesis based on the analysis of the current of age, affecting the level of serviceability of vehicles in the present conditions and existing analytical tools to research the effec-?iveness of technical operation processes, the method of study of the process of restoring marine vessels complexes in terms of the operator. To solve this problem was a scientific mathematical model of the maintenance and repair of marine vessels complexes. Unlike the existing model developed takes into account imperfect means of operational control, the ability to self-manifestation of failure and the possibility of obtaining numerical values of key performance indicators of the process of maintenance and repair.
