The thesis work is devoted to the conceptualization of the influence of the informative and communicative process on the development of the social organization in the conditions of instability. The influence of the informative and communicative process on the development of the social organization as a subject of social and philosophic research has been considered on the basis of complex and system analysis; scientific bases of the influence of the informative and communicative process on the development of the social organization have been revealed; the methodology of the investigation of the informative and communicative process influence on the development of the social organization has been determined. The communication medium of the social organization, its essence, matter, models and types of communication as well as their functions have been ascertained; the specific character of the influence of the informative and communicative process on the open type social organization in the conditions of instability has been disclosed; the conception of the influence of the informative and communicative process on the development of the social organization as an integral sociocultural system has been developed. The influence of the informative and communicative process on the social organization as a complex system has been analyzed and self-expansion of the influence of the informative and communicative process on the social organization in the conditions of the informative society has been modeled; the tendencies of optimization of the influence of informative and communicative process on social organizations in the condition of instability have been predicted.
