Essay

The thesis fundamentally researches the problem of the formation of the professional and ethical competence of potential specialists of banking business in the study of the Humanities. Essence, peculiarities of content and structure of the term «professional and ethical competence of potential specialists of banking business» have been found out. Criteria have been specified, their indices have been determined and levels of the formation of the professional and ethical competence of potential specialists of banking business in the study of the Humanities have been characterized. The pedagogical conditions of the formation of the professional and ethical competence of potential specialists of banking business in the study of the Humanities have been justified. They are organization of professional training on the basis of model of present day specialist of banking and considering ethical requirements of his/her professional qualities; optimization of methods of learning activities in the training of potential specialists of banking in the study of the Humanities; providing professional and ethical competence of the personality of specialist of banking; improving the pedagogical skills of research and pedagogical staff of higher educational establishment in order to form the professional and ethical competence of present-day specialist of banking. As a result of the research the methodological recommendations to research and pedagogical staff as to the formation of the professional and ethical competence have been worked out.
