Essay

Thesis research is devoted to the development of models and methods of influence management in informatization programs. Existing methods of counteraction to negative impacts are researched. Model of dynamic structure of informatization program at IHE is developed. Interdependency model of impacts and deviations is proposed and method of influence management in informatization programs at IHE is developed. Selection method of essential reactive actions to information influence on informatization programs at IHE is offered.
