The study shows the results of scientific research on the formation of readiness of the primary school teacher to the modelling of the educational environment; the essence and structure of the primary school teacher's readiness for modelling the educational environment is defined; structural components, criteria and indicators of readiness are grounded. Technology of the training primary school teachers for educational environment modeling and its impact on the level of readiness is scientifically substantiated and experimentally tested in the system of in-service education.
