Erokhina V. Morphological peculiarities of rats' parathyroid glands at immunosuppression and immunostimulation in the experiment

Thesis is devoted to the study of morphological peculiarities of parathyroid glands of mature rats under the influence of immunosuppressor, immunostimulant and after correction of immunosuppression state by immunostimulant. The results of a comprehensive evaluation of morphological parameters of rats parathyroid glands complement and extend the theoretical understanding of interaction between organ and immune system. Material of the study highlights new scientific data on the structural characteristics of parathyroid glands of intact rats. Unfluence on immunotropic drugs on morphometric parameters of organ and structural peculiarities of parathyroid glands after using of immunomodulator as a corrector for induced immunosuppression was determined. The number of cell nuclei per area unit of the parathyroid gland in all sites of parathyroid glands after using of immunosuppressor, immunostimulant and after correction of artificial immunosuppression by introducing of immunomodulator was studied. Ultramicroscopic features of rats parathyroid glands after isolated introduction of immunotropic drugs was revealed. The dynamics of parathyroid hormone in blood serum of laboratory animals after using of immunosuppressor and immunostimulant was studied. Evaluation of influence of experimental conditions on morphological peculiarities of rats parathyroid glands was carried out, the strength of this effect was determined by single-factor analysis of variance.
