Korolova T. Formation of professional and ethical culture of future doctors in the humanitarian training.

The thesis investigates the problem of formation of professional and ethical culture of future doctors in the humanitarian training. The basic concepts of the study were analyzed. Two blocks of components of professional and ethical culture of the future doctors were identified: praxiological, including cognitive, communicative, informative, operational-activity-reflexive and creative and spiritual components that integrates motivation, values and personal-emotional components and disclosed their content. The criteria, indicators, level and condition of formation of professional and ethical culture of future doctors in the humanitarian training were determined. Set of pedagogical conditions of formation of professional and ethical culture of future doctors in the humanitarian training were substantiated theoretically and verified experimentally. The model contains interrelated components: the target; organization and contents; and activity; control and effective control.
