Essay

The thesis considers the problem of the reactivity of central haemodynamics indicators and their wave structure at different modes of ophtalmophotostimulation. The decrease of cardiac output and the increase of the level of lungs blood supply are found at short-term visual deprevation and immediately after the resumption of the normal light level that is stipulated by the growth in general peripheral vascular resistance and accompanied by a compensatory increase in spontaneous baroreflex sensitivity. There is an increase of the wave power of heart rhythm of very low and low frequency at light ophtalmophotostimulation of 500 nm wavelength with 12 and 16 Hz frequency indicating the increased activity of central and humoral-metabolic effects, the tension of regulatory mechanisms of cardiovascular system. The increase of wave amplitude of heart rhythm in 0,04-0,15 Hz range is observed at ophtalmophotostimulation of wave effects with the modulation of 6 times a minute stipulated by the increase of spontaneous baroreflex sensitivity due to the resonance mechanism. The output level of vegetative balance is found to affect the reactivity features of the heart activity at impulse ophtalmophotostimulation. The changes in the performance of cardiovascular system at vagotonics is prognostically positive compared with eu- and sympathicotonics.
