Essay

The thesis is devoted to increase of water-repellent properties of fur and tanning velour for uncovered products operated in the conditions of low temperatures, the increased humidity and dynamic loadings.It is investigated the physical, chemical and physic mechanical properties of fur and leather velour, the repellent compositions which contain alkenes C20-24, polymerized with maleic anhydride, paraffin of easy fractions C5-7, ethylcellosolve, propanol, water, urea in the ratio of ingredients, respectively, 0,3163: 0,0770: 0,0663: 0,0354: 0,475: 0,03. The developed composition provides high resistance of leather fabric of fur velour to blotting under operating conditions the uncovered products. It is improved the method of determination of vapor permeability of fur and leather velour by executor - gravimetric method with the use of new effective sorbents of water vapor, that eliminate negative influence on an environment. It is developed the express-method of sensory evaluation of esthetic properties of hydrophobic fur and leather velour. It is carried out the development of scales of score assessment of fur velour on the separate indexes of esthetic properties, which are based on the modern methods of sensory evaluation of fur velour quality. It is proved the improvement of quality level of a fur and leather intermediate product of hydrophobic AMK, that will provide an expansion of assortment of clothes and give the additional possibilities of its use at different terms of exploitation.
