A research object is the system of health care as functional constituent of regional sociogeosystem. A research aim is an analysis of public-geographical features of the system of health of the Volyn area care, determination of basic problems and ground of ways of their decision. Research methods: philosophical, scientific, certainly-scientific. A theoretical value and novelty of the got results consist of that in dissertation work the spatio-temporal features of development of the system of health care are first set as to the functional constituent of regional sociogeosystem; the indexes of forming and development of the system of health of the Volyn area care are certain on the basis of factor analysis; it is executed grouping and classifications of sociogeosystems of the Volyn area on the features of development of the system of health care; modelled and analysed to the trajectory of development of sociogeosystems of the Volyn area - the periods of progressive and regressive development, growths and reductions of deviations from the optimal trajectory of development, are certain. The practical value of the got results consists of that they can be basis for the acceptance of administrative decisions in relation to restructuring and further development of the system of health of the Volyn area care. Theoretical and methodical positions of dissertation can be used for the further improvement of research of development of the system of health of other regions of Ukraine care.
