Shunkina O. Forming and evaluation of the water-pipes consumer properties made of the modified polymeric materials

The Thesis presents the question of improvement of consumer properties and assortment expansion of polymeric pipes for the running cold water that is achieved due to introduction of modifying additions to composition of polyethylene matrix. It is investigated that additions of PEVT 15803-020, Irganoks В225FF, Dynamar FX5911 are to be used in composition. The High consumer properties of polyethylene pipes due to the modifying additions included in material of that material are confirmed, that caused the improvement of their mechanical indexes. The High quality descriptions of the worked out polyethylene pipes for cold running water have been settled. For polyethylene pipes from the modified materials the dependence between the change of their quality and time of expluatation is traced. Economic efficiency of these new products applying in industry has been shown and social efficiency of their consumption has been proved.
