Essay

Dissertation is devoted to studying of features of structural and functional reorganization of the blood vessels of the lungs at acute intestinal obstruction and its correction in the experiment. Was established the peculiarities of morphological and morphometric changes in the blood vessels of the lungs (pulmonary and bronchial) at modeling experimental acute intestinal obstruction. Spatial restructuring pulmonary arteries are progressive vasoconstriction of resistance vessels and reducing the symmetry of branching distribution vessels. The reaction of the bronchial arteries initially aimed at enhancing perfusion to compensate for the lack of intensity of the pulmonary circulation. In later periods reduced bandwidth bronchial arteries. In the future time bronchial arteries proper capacity will decrease, when same activity pulmonary veins will increase. Developed and experimentally proved new original method of preventing reperfusion changes after restoring patency of small intestine obstruction. Application of the method of restoring intestinal patency can gradually reduce internal and external pressure on the intestinal wall. Slowing motility and recovery options makromorfometryk avoid serious manifestations of the syndrome reperfusion of small intestine.
