The research is dedicated to the interrelation of establishing monopattino system in the South of Ukraine, the social-political changes that occurred in the 1920s On the basis mainly of archival sources reflected the major mechanisms of formation and organizational implementation of the liquidation policy of the authorities on alternative socio-political forces. Shows regional features of functioning and means of fighting the Bolsheviks with alternative parties in the South of the USSR, it analyzes the mechanisms of subordination of society to the South of the USSR existing monopoly of the Bolshevik party in the 1920s, the role of the official media, the ideological campaigns in the establishment of Communist autocracy, the main principles of which become categorically judgments, labeling, search for "enemies of the proletariat and of socialism.
