Shkroba A. Age features of morphogenesis of the prostate under the influence of heavy metals

Dissertation is devoted to age morphogenesis of the prostate under the influence of heavy metals. We study the peculiarities of morphological changes of the prostate immature, mature and old rats under the influence of a combination of heavy metals.As a result, the study found that exposure to a combination of heavy metals is an increase in population chromograninsecreting neuroendocrine cells in the prostate tissue of experimental rats. Results of the study show that it is diffuse neuroendocrine cell systems have an important role in the mechanism of adaptation and the development of prostate dysfunctions that arise under the influence of a combination of heavy metals. In terms of long-term effects of heavy metals is a violation of local neurohumoral regulation of functions of prostate and cardiovascular system and the formation of pathological circle, which increases the initial violation.
