Essay

This thesis presents a study of parish everyday life in Mukachevo Greek Catholic Eparchy during the period from 1771 to 1949. A special attention is paid to the relationship between clergy and laity on the implementation of daily ritual practices and the most important rites of the life cycle. In this scientific work author studies the formation of material support of Mukachevo Greek Catholic Eparchy clergy since it's canonical foundation (1771) and to the Greek Catholic Church abolition in Transcarpathia region by the Soviet communist regime (1949).
