Boiko V. The Unification of documentation in Ukraine: history and current status.

The dissertation research is devoted to the complex study of history and current status of unification of documentation of Ukraine. There is given the periodization of the history of unification of documentation in Ukraine in the research. The chronological limits are outlined as well as the main historical stages and current state of the regulatory support of the unification of official documents in Ukraine are singled out and characterized. There is analyzed the total volume of the flow of publications of unified forms of official documents (UFD) of different fields and areas of activity of Ukraine as the additions to the regulatory acts, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and published in «The Official Bulletin of Ukraine» during 1997–2012. The quantity indicators of the flow of UFD of the State body (its branches) and central institutions of Ukraine during specified years are considered. There is given the information about the frequency of use of names of nominals of UFD during the last ten years. Based on the analyses of the flows of publications of UFD there are made conclusions about the level of unification of the official documents of different fields and areas of activity of Ukraine, the completing of regulations concerning the composition and location of requisites as well as the names of indicators, the fixing of information in those forms and so on. There is highlighted the nature and are considered the forms of introduction of unified texts in the UFD in dissertation.
